I will extol the
LORD at all times; his praise will always be on my lips.
My soul will boast in the LORD; let the afflicted hear and rejoice.
Glorify the LORD with me; let us exalt his name together.
I sought the LORD, and he answered me; he delivered me from all my fears.
Those who look to him are radiant; their faces are never covered with shame.
This poor man called, and the LORD heard him; he saved him out of all his
troubles.
The angel of the LORD encamps around those who fear him, and he delivers them.
Taste and see that the LORD is good; blessed is the man who takes refuge in him.
Fear the LORD, you his saints, for those who fear him lack nothing.
Psalm 34:1-9

Diana currently devotes much of her time
and heart to caring for our daughter, Anna.
Several of the agencies she had worked with before occasionally retain her as a
consultant. Since marrying David, she has attended New Life Assembly.
Diana helped with Mission 3:16, the youth group at
New Life Assembly, for several years and worked with .a few of the teen moms
following that. That work led to Diana being a part of an Urban Teen MOPS
(Mothers of Preschoolers) that meets at the Buffalo Christian Center. This
support group for Teen mothers helps them with parenting and forming
relationships with mature Christian women.
In
1997-1998
Diana lived at a L'arch community in Toronto.
She lived with a group of assistants and two core members (Ellen and Suzanne). L'arch is a Catholic community where adults
live in community with disabled core members. Prior to
that year Diana worked in a small business called "In the Beginning
Candles". She was a partner with
Annie Shepard, who founded the business. From 1998 until the birth of
Anna, Diana had served as association manager for Developmental Disabilities
Alliance of Western New York (DDAWNY) an organization representing the
agencies in Western New York that work with people that are disabled.
